Lacamas Lake: The boat-ramp shore area (GIS) is not on the Clark County park page; its manager is not identified in sources used.
Lake Meridian: WDFW lists the boat ramp as a WDFW water access area (Discover Pass/VAP), while Kent sells an $8/day launch pass at the same lake. WDFW notes that some WDFW-owned sites are managed by other agencies under their rules. Which pass or fee applies at the ramp needs confirmation.
Long's Pond: WDFW's first sentence says 'juveniles-only (age 14 and under)' but its special restriction also admits seniors and disabled anglers.
Long's Pond: The City of Lacey page says 'No fishing license is required'. That is a regulatory claim from a non-regulator, so it is NOT used; WDFW rules govern.
Lake Kapowsin: Dock: GIS 'Public dock' vs access-site 'Fishing platforms: None' (possibly a boarding dock). Needs human review.

“LONG LK (THUR)”: Carries Long's Pond's geo_code L2818 but is Long Lake (Thurston), 308 acres; manual override to long-lake-thurston (not in MVP).
“LACEY DERBY (LACEY)”: Event name; carries Long Lake's code L2807. Not an MVP water.
“MARTHA LK (WB) (SNOH)”: Warm Beach Lake Martha (page code L3218, stocking code L3219); a different water from the Lynnwood Martha Lake. Excluded from the initial MVP (product-owner decision, 2026-10-31).
“MORTON DERBY (LEWI)”: Derby event sharing Mineral Lake's geo_code L3300; not attributed to Mineral Lake without review.
“KLINELINE PD E (CLAR)”: Separate pond (code L38454), no official page.
“KLINELINE PD W (CLAR)”: Separate pond (code L38533), no official page.
“KLINELINE PONDS”: Malformed record: county Skamania and three codes in one geo_code field.
“GREEN LK (PIER)”: Different Green Lake (Pierce, L1537).
“AMERICAN LK (YAKI)”: Different American Lake (Yakima, L36).
“MARTHA LK (GRAN)”: Different Martha Lake (Grant, L3070).

Pass and fee rules are often not stated on city and county park pages. Those are shown as "Not stated", never as free.
WDFW water access areas publish seasonal open dates but no daily hours.
Closures announced only on signs or social media cannot be seen by this site.
WDFW's shoreline rating is not used on its own; the shoreline note is.
